Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframe
We deliver nationwide within 2-3 business days for most locations. Dhaka city deliveries typically arrive within 24-48 hours. Remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping Charges
Inside Dhaka: ৳60 flat rate
Outside Dhaka: ৳120 flat rate

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day. You'll receive an SMS with your tracking number once shipped.
Order Tracking
Track your order anytime using the tracking number sent to your phone. Contact our support team for real-time updates on your delivery status.
Packaging
All items are carefully packed in protective boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile eyewear is wrapped with extra cushioning.
Return Policy
Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: Ship the item back to our address
Step 4: Receive your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Non-Returnable Items
❌ Prescription lenses (custom-made items)

❌ Items with signs of wear or damage
❌ Products without original packaging
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll issue a bank transfer or mobile wallet refund to your provided details.
Exchange Policy
Want to exchange for a different size, color, or style? We've got you covered! Exchanges follow the same 7-day timeline as returns.
- Size or color exchanges are free (subject to availability)
- Different product exchanges may require price adjustments
- Contact us first to check product availability before shipping back
Damaged or Defective Items
We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement
- Full refund available if you prefer not to wait for replacement
